Registration/Information Desk
All delegates will receive a name badge, meeting documents and all relevant conference information upon registration at the conference desk.

The registration and information desk will be open at the following times:

Sunday November 2	8.00am – 5.00pm (Institute of Molecular Genetics, IMG)
Sunday November 2	6.00pm – 8.00pm (Corinthia Hotel)
Monday November 3	8.00am – 5.30pm (Institute of Molecular Genetics, IMG)
Tuesday November 4	8.00am – 4.00pm (Institute of Molecular Genetics, IMG)
Wednesday November 5	8.00am – 5.00pm (Institute of Molecular Genetics, IMG)

Poster Displays
Posters can be put up from 11.00am on Sunday November 2nd 2008 and must be removed by 4.00pm on Wednesday November 5th. Poster boards measure 1m x 1m (39 inches x 39 inches). You will be notified of the timings of your poster presentation by the end of August.

Special Requirements
Please advise the conference organizers of any special dietary (including vegetarian) or physical requirements.

Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in the even of any unpredictable event.

Insurance
The conference cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.

Speaker Check-in Room
Presenters must check in their presentation at least 4 hours before their presentation.

Visas
Please check with the local embassy/Consulate concerning your visa regulations when making travel arrangements.

Coach Transportation
Coaches will be provided every morning between the hotels, the venue and to and from the social events.

Directions from the Airport to the Emmy Hotel

- Take bus No 119 to "Dejvická" metro station (9 stops) (approx 20 min).
- Change to underground Metro line A (green line) in the direction of Dep Hostivar go to the Muzeum metro station (5 stops).
- At the Muzeum station change to line C (Red Line) in the direction of Haje go to Kacerov station.
- Take bus number 114 (5 stops) or 272 (5 stops) and get off at the IKEM stop (the stop is directly in front of the hotel.

Directions from the Emmy Hotel to the Institute

- Take bus No. 193, 1 stop, to "Ustavy akademieved". Or it is a 10 minute walk.
- Directions from the Corinthia Hotel to the Institute.
- Take metro to "Budejovicka" station (3 stops).
- Take bus No. 193 to "Ustavy akademie ved" (terminal stop)

Directions from the Airport to the Corinthia Hotel

- Take bus No 119 to "Dejvická" metro station (9 stops) (approx 20 min).
- Change to underground Metro line A (green line) in the direction of Dep Hostivar to Muzeum metro station (5 stops).
- At Muzeum station change to line C (Red Line) and go to "Pankrác" metro station (4 stops).
- Journey will take approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
Corinthia Panorama hotel is 200 meters from Pankrác metro station.
